Returns & Refunds 

Important Notice

Due to the collectible and graded nature of our Pokémon cards, all returns are subject to strict inspection. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition
• Graded cards must remain sealed in their original grading case
• Protective cases must show no signs of use, scratches, cracks, or damage

Any attempt to open, alter, swap, or tamper with graded cards will result in an automatic rejection of the return.

Return Shipping Responsibility

• Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Returned items must be sent using a tracked and insured delivery service
• We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit

🔍 Inspection & Approval Process

• All returns undergo video-recorded inspection upon arrival
• Each graded card is verified against serial numbers, photos, and order records
• Refunds will only be issued after confirmation that the item is identical and undamaged
• If damage, replacement, or tampering is detected:
• The return will be rejected
• The item may be returned to the customer at their expense

Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Items returned with any damage, cracks, scratches, or wear
• Graded cards with opened or altered slabs
• Items returned incomplete or not in original packaging
• Damage caused after delivery
• Change-of-mind returns that fail inspection

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos and/or video evidence
• Do not return the item without approval

Approved cases will receive a replacement or refund, and return shipping will be covered by us.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–7 business days after inspection approval
• We reserve the right to deduct any loss in value if applicable

 Delivery (UK Only)

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

• Free UK delivery on all orders over £60
• Orders under £60 will be charged a standard shipping fee (calculated at checkout)
• All Pokémon graded cards and protective cases are securely packed to ensure safe delivery
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
